It's Weigh-In Wednesday!
...and I am down 2.2 lbs from last week! I had no doubt in myself that I could get back on track. In addition to participating in the
21-day FullyRaw Challenge, today I've decided to begin doing a couple of month-long work-out calendar challenges. I will be using
Well-Girl's December 2013 Shoulder & Arm Challenge (yes, I know it's january!) along with
Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans' Squat and Push-up 31-day Bootcamp. I will be doing these starting on Day 1 today - I'm okay being a week behind! - in addition to some cardio. So, join in the fun!

PS: I will not be donating any money to
