A New Year, A New Me!


Yes. That is the right picture. I am up 8.2 pounds since my December weigh-in. To say I am disappointed with myself is a bit of an understatement. I pretty much stopped working out before Thanksgiving. I indulged. I drank. I knew it was coming. But... c'est la vie.

I do have some exiting news to share! Beginning this Sunday, January 5th, I will be starting the 21-Day FullyRaw Challenge that is being done by a local gal, here in my hometown, named Kristina. She runs Rawfully Organic, which is the largest non-profit food cooperative in the nation. She's quite an inspiring young lady and I hope to learn a lot through this 21-day journey. Kristina will be giving away a free e-book at the end of the 21-days, all you have to do are join in and watch the daily youtube videos, comment on and like the, and provide your email address on the website (there is a link to the email entry in the description of every video).

I have also decided that since I'm currently doing a 6-month long dietbet that allows weekly weigh-ins, I'm going to start posting weekly with my photo and perhaps some news or sound advice each week. We'll see. I am excited to get back on track with my weight loss journey, and I hope you'll join me!
